Site Development Ltd is a British owned and managed building company which offers a full and flexible service, operating to Western European standards, to meet the needs of overseas buyers in Bulgaria irrespective of whether your project is large or small.

We operate in a 50 kilometre radius from Varna.

Our services range from Kitchen/Bathroom refurbishment or replacement, Garage construction, Swimming Pool installation or projects of a similar size complete house renovations and new house build.We can assist owners of houses requiring refurbishment to prepare a specification of works required, provide a detailed quotation to meet this specification and carry out the necessary building work.
If you have already bought a plot on which you wish to build a house we can assist you to prepare plans to meet your requirements, obtain the necessary consents and carry out the construction work on your behalf. Alternatively in addition you can choose a plot from our extensive land bank or we will help you to locate and purchase a site to meet your needs.

Finally we already have developments on which we can offer completed houses or ‘off plan’ house sales.

The craftsmen we use are highly skilled and they have worked with us on a number of building projects. We have a show house at Rudnik, a delightful unspoilt Bulgarian Village, which is situated close to the resort of Biala, which is featured in the photographs below. The show house demonstrates the quality of the work of our craftsmen and we would be pleased to make arrangements for prospective clients to visit it. Our show home has examples of Kitchen design layout and fitment and Bathroom and Shower Room design and installation. There are a small number of developments on which we can offer completed houses or houses off-plan. Many of these are based around Rudnik.


Rudnik And Biala

The developments currently underway by Site Development Limited are in the Village of Rudnik situated 6 miles from the beach town of Biala and 25 miles south of Varna City on highway E87.

Biala is a small traditional Bulgarian coastal town of 2,500 people. The area is famous for its’ sandy beaches, crystal clear blue sea and thriving wine industry.

Historically Biala was founded in the third century B.C. and still has the remains of an ancient fortress. The name Biala means ‘White’ and derives from the white cliffs of the area.

Biala is well served with local restaurants producing freshly caught fish dishes as well as all traditional Bulgarian dishes accompanied by the local white wine ‘Dimyat’.

All in all the Rudnik/Biala area is only 25 miles south of Varna and 25 miles north of Burgas and is becoming a much sought after area for residential, holiday home and property investment generally. Bulgaria is due to join the European Union in January 2007.
