CENTRAL HEATING

In Bulgaria there are three types of heating systems available:
1) Propane gas. This is the most expensive to install and run and a boiler and storage tank is required.
2) Oil fired. This is not quite as dear as gas but again needs storage tank and boiler.
3) Electric. The cheapest to run and install is electric radiators with thermostatic control. One for each room wall mounted and plugged into a normal socket.

AIR CONDITIONING

Air conditioning can be fitted to the houses both during and after construction.
